We will endeavour to ensue that your personal safety as well as your belongings are out top priority. We wish to make your aware that the owners and staff will not be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, injury or otherwise caused by and our control while you are staying on our premises.

Children (10 years and younger)

Extra bedding can be supplied to any of the rooms on request. Maximum of 2 extra children per room at no additional charge.

Pecanwood Villa charges 11 years and older per person occupying a room. Please request quote from reception
Payment Policy and Cancellations

Payment for bookings and any other services which may be charged, shall be payable on arrival, or upfront on booking your accommodation via EFT. Proof of payment to be forwarded to info@pecanwoodvilla.co.za . Cancellation of bookings (already paid for upfront within 4 days of booking will be refunded in full. (exceptions will be made for unforeseen emergencies). On receipt of a payment for booking, confirmation receipt will be forwarded to the client.

All major credit/debit cards, EFT and cash are accepted. A copy of your ID/Passport will be required when settling with a credit card. (Dinners and American Express are not accepted)
Conditions of Residence

Check in Time: 2pm If you anticipate an early check-in, please make prior arrangements with reception.

Check out Time: 10am, if you anticipate a late check out, please make prior arrangements with reception.

Smoking Policy: No smoking allowed inside the rooms, please make use of your patio for this purpose, make sure that windows and patio door are closed.

Visitors Policy: Guests are welcome in the public areas, but no visitors are allowed in the rooms. Visitors who want to stay over, will be charged a fee.

Protection of valuables: Please remove all valuables from your vehicle. We are happy to store your valuables in our safe.
Room Facilities

All rooms have free Wi-Fi, satellite TV (DSTV hotel package), ceiling fans and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge, microwave oven, toaster and tea, coffee facilities.

Hair dryer available on request.

Laundry facilities are available, cost of R100 per load.

Rooms are serviced daily except if requested differently.
